Glucosamine.com is unfortunately not in a position to accept orders from Spain, Portugal, Greece, Ireland and Eastern Europe due to the level of shipping costs and/or unreliability of shipping services.
*In the case of Norway a maximum of 1 bottle per product may be ordered due to legal import restrictions (Arthro-5: 3 bottles).
Glucosamine.com does not ship to destinations outside Europe.
ORDERING
You can place an order easily via the Glucosamine.com website. You can do this in two ways:
- By clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ button next to a product
- By clicking on the ‘Order form’ button at the top left.
All available products will then be displayed. You may select these products and enter or change the number of jars you want. Volume discounts that may apply will be calculated automatically.
You can continue shopping or browsing if you wish. In the meantime, the products you have selected will be saved. You can continue to add products as you wish.
Once you are finished shopping, click on the ‘Order’ button. You can then choose whether you want to create an account or not. Creating an account is useful for subsequent orders and in order to be able to view order history, but it is not required. You can also place the order without creating an account.
After filling in your name and address details and choosing a payment method, you can confirm your order. You will be further guided depending on the payment method you have chosen.
PAYMENT
Pay later
Ordering via the internet is increasingly common. Not everyone, however, is confident that online ordering will run smoothly: in most cases one is required to pay in advance and one can only wait and see whether the product ordered is delivered.
Glucosamine.com understands that this can be a concern. In our case you only have to pay once you have received the product. This way you will know precisely what you are getting before you pay.
Bank transfer
You can pay via an international transfer to our account in the Netherlands You will find the banking details required for the transfer on your invoice that is sent along with your order. You can also find this information below under 'bank information'. Payment terms are 14 days after receipt of the invoice.
Cooling-off period
After receipt of your purchase you have a 14-day cooling-off period. If, after further reflection, you wish to cancel your purchase, you may send the products back to our postal address (found on the shipping ticket, the invoice and the website) within this period of time. You are not required to provide a reason for your return. The products, however, must not have been opened and you are required to pay the return postage.

Shipping costs
The contribution to shipping costs is € 5. This contribution need not be paid if you order 2 bottles of the same product or 3 bottles in total (e.g. 2 bottles of glucosamine or 1 bottle of glucosamine + 1 bottle of chondroitin + 1 bottle of omega-3).
This shipping cost arrangement applies to all countries to which Glucosamine.com ships.
Shipping
Glucosamine.com ships via EPS (European Parcel Service) and mail. Orders placed prior to 2 p.m. are shipped the same business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery times in business days are on average:
- 1-2 days: Netherlands, Belgium
- 2-3 days: Germany, France, Luxemburg
- 2-4 days: United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Norway
- 3-5 days: Italy, Finland, Switzerland
- 4-6 days: Slovenia, Croatia
Unfortunately, Glucosamine.com cannot guarantee delivery times; we depend on the delivery services.
If you are not at home, the delivery service will attempt to deliver two more times. If these attempts fail to find you at home, a message is left for you and you can collect your order at a depot. The delivery service can also leave the package with your neighbours if you are not at home. A message is left in your letter box for this purpose. If you do not wish your package to be left with your neighbours, please indicate this on the order form.

If you have a complaint or question, you can submit this via email (info@glucosamine.com) or via the query form on this website. Glucosamine.com is a company with short reporting lines. You will receive an answer rapidly, generally on the same day. Because we believe that each customer should be satisfied at all times, we are convinced that a satisfactory solution can always be found in the event of a complaint.
