General terms and conditions of Glucosamine.com / Souplesse Supplements BV
Article 1. Applicability
1.1. Placement of an order indicates that the buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
1.2 Dutch law applies to the order agreement.
Article 2. Order confirmation
If you have placed an order via the website and entered a correct email address, you will receive an order confirmation that will in all cases include:
(a) A description of the product and the quantity of products that you have purchased;
(b) The total price of your order;
(c) Your name and the address to which the product is to be shipped.
Article 3. Transport
The risks of the product you have ordered are borne by Glucosamine.com during the time of transport up until the moment it is delivered to you.
Article 4. Delivery time
4.1 Glucosamine.com endeavours to ship within one business day of receipt of the order. No shipping takes place over the weekend. Delivery time is generally 1 to 5 days, depending on the destination country.
4.2 While Glucosamine.com makes every effort to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, we depend on postal and other delivery services. Glucosamine.com cannot be held liable for delays that may occur during delivery.
4.3 Glucosamine.com reserves the right to make partial shipments.
Article 5. Cooling-off period
5.1 You have the option of cancelling the purchase agreement with Glucosamine.com without having to provide any justification for 14 days after receipt of the product. The product must not have been opened.
5.2 In the event that you wish to cancel the agreement in accordance with article 5.1, you must return the unopened product within 14 days of receipt. The costs of the return are to be borne by you.
5.3 If you have already paid for the product, Glucosamine.com will refund the payment within 10 days of receipt of the product you have returned.
Article 6. Complaints / guarantees
6.1 You should submit any complaints to the Glucosamine.com customer service (for information refer to article 7 of these terms and conditions). Glucosamine.com will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 1-2 business days.
6.2 If Glucosamine.com believes that a complaint concerning products received is justified, the buyer is entitled to request Glucosamine.com to replace the product with a similar one or to reimburse the purchase price.

Article 8. Privacy
8.1 Glucosamine.com will process your personal, address and order information and save it in a file in order to be able to comply with the agreement entered into with you.
8.2 This information will under no circumstances be shared with third parties without your consent.
8.3 The information may be used to send you personal offers from Glucosamine.com by email or mail. In the case of email, this will occur only if you have given your consent.
8.4 If you prefer not to receive any personal offers from Glucosamine.com, you can inform Glucosamine.com in writing (via email, letter or fax) or indicate this on the order form.
Article 9. Retention of title
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Glucosamine.com until the price for said items has been paid in full.
Article 10. Force majeure /special circumstances
Glucosamine.com is not obligated to comply with the delivery obligations it has assumed if prevented from doing so due to circumstances beyond its control. Examples of such circumstances might include operational disruptions, transport delays, a strike or a failure of suppliers to deliver or to deliver punctually.
Article 11. Reservations
Glucosamine.com cannot be held responsible for unintentional provision of incomplete or inaccurate information.
Article 12. Payment / collection costs
Article 12.1 In the case of payment after delivery, you are required to pay for the goods in full within 14 days of receipt.
Article 12.2 If payment is not made in full, all reasonable collection costs, including execution, legal and interest costs, can be charged to you.
