Ik eet als vegetari\u00ebr geen vlees, denk dus toch B12 nodig te hebben.<div style=\"float: left; padding: 0px 0px 0px 10px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.glucosamine.com\/nl\/natural-multi-26\">\r\n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.glucosamine.com\/nl\/natural-multi&rel=5858ca2a9bb3\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 150px;\" src=\"\/\/www.glucosamine.com\/images\/natural-multi.jpg\" alt=\"Natural Multi\" \/><\/a>\r\n<\/div><\/p>\n<p><strong>Antwoord:<\/strong><br \/>\nMensen die een tekort hebben aan vitamine B12 zijn vrijwel altijd mensen die geen of weinig vlees eten. Met de toevoeging van vitamine B12 aan de Natural Multi zouden we hen echter niet kunnen helpen. De Natural Multi bevat namelijk alleen natuurlijke vitamines. En helaas is er geen vitamine B12 te winnen uit planten, de vitamine B12 zou dan van dierlijke herkomst moeten zijn (het niet-dierlijke alternatief is namelijk een synthetische vitamine). Afhankelijk van de motivatie om vegetarisch te eten, zal de Natural Multi dus ook met B12 geen optie zijn voor een vegetari\u00ebr. Vandaar het ontbreken hiervan.<\/p>\n<p>De capsule van (vis)gelatine kan overigens ook nog een obstakel zijn voor vegetari\u00ebrs.<\/p>\n<p>We blijven kijken naar een natuurlijk dierlijk B12-extract dat gebruikt zou kunnen worden in de Natural Multi. Maar we hebben dit tot nu toe nog niet kunnen vinden.<\/p>\n<p>Vitamine B12 komt overigens ook in redelijke mate voor in melkproducten en in eieren.
