Tot mijn grote verbazing en teleurstelling lees ik deze week de etiketten van de potten waarop vermeld wordt dat er 2 E-nummers zijn toegevoegd. Notabene \u00e9\u00e9n van de E-nummers is in Duitsland verboden. Wat is uw reactie daarop?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Antwoord Glucosamine.com:<\/strong><br \/>\nDe gebruikte E-nummers E171 en E172 zijn als veilige kleurstof voor voedingsmiddelen toegelaten in de hele EU, ook in Duitsland. De verhalen over een verbod zijn verzinsels op internet, die door honderden sites worden nagepapegaaid zonder de informatie te checken.<\/p>\n<p>Er is geen enkel bewijs dat deze E-nummers schadelijk zouden zijn. Uiteraard zouden wij de capsules liever zonder kleurstoffen aanbieden en zo zuiver mogelijk houden, maar dan moeten we voor doorzichtige capsules kiezen. Het probleem is echter dat glucosamine en chondro\u00eftine reageren met de eiwitten in de gelatine van de capsules en die verkleuren daardoor. Bij doorzichtige capsules is dat zichtbaar als bruine vlekken, waardoor de klanten zouden gaan denken dat de producten niet meer goed zijn, terwijl ze dat nog wel zijn.
