i used creatine for my muscles and it gave me muscle spasms. with magnesium that has been completely solved. good stuff

Magnesium is not cheap if you want one that really works. But this one is not expensive and it works! I have no more cramps or anything. And it also has taurine. The only minus I find is that you have to take more than one capsule than with other brands. But they also cost more so yeah....

I prefer Magnesium Lactate or Magnesium Taurate, in powder form
