The contribution towards shipping costs depends on the value of your order. We use a discount scale which quickly reduces the contribution towards shipping costs. Shipping is even free worldwide for an order value of US $100.00 or more.

If a country or area is missing, shipping is unfortunately not available due to import restrictions or logistic limitations.

The shipping time varies widely by country. In our experience, shipping times outside Europe can vary from a couple of days to several weeks. This shipping time is beyond our control.
Shipping to countries outside Europe is in the hands of PostNL and its local partners all over the world. Outside Europe the packages must be cleared by customs in the destination country. Customs can charge import duty and VAT. In order to avoid surprises, we recommend that you contact the local customs office in advance (via their website or by phone). That way you will also find out if any import restrictions apply.
Orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 CET will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 CET will be shipped the following business day. Orders received at the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Tracking your shipment
On the day the order is shipped, usually around 18:30 CET, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace link so that you will be able to follow your package on the PostNL website. Please note: the status can remain unchanged for days, sometimes for weeks. This means that the package is still on its way or has not yet been scanned upon receipt by customs in the destination country.
We offer a 30-day cooling-off period. This means that you can return unopened products to us within 30 days of receiving the package. You don't have to give a reason.
Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the cost of returns for customers who live outside Europe: returns must take place at the customer's own expense.
An important condition is that the products have not been opened. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that have been opened unless they are defective.

We do require that you inform us in advance by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) that you will be sending back the goods. At that moment you can indicate whether you wish to cancel your purchase completely or exchange the product for another one.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, we will refund the full purchase amount within 3 days of receiving the returned package. Depending on the payment method chosen when placing the order, the refund will take place via PayPal, VISA, Mastercard or American Express.
