No aching muscles

I notice that it really helps me. I train a few times a week at the fitness club, strength training and spinning, and afterwards I always had a nagging pain in my muscles. now that I’m taking this shake, usually after I come back from the fitness club, it hardly bothers me anymore. and I like that it’s also good for my bones.
