COUNTRIES accepts orders from almost all countries in the world! You can order through this part of the website, unless your country is located in Western or Southern Europe, in which case you can order by clicking here.

We do no longer ship to Canada, Brazil, Norway and Vietnam as import regulations require a doctor's recipe for our food supplements or even prohibit the import of these supplements. In the United States we cannot sell the product Arthro-5.


Shipping costs

The contribution to our shipping costs depends on the value of your order, with free worldwide shipping available for orders over $100.

- Orders up to $40: shipping costs $15
- Orders between $40 and $70: shipping costs $10
- Orders between $70 and $100: shipping costs $5
- Orders over $100: free shipping

All orders are free of Value Added Tax (VAT), except for the East European EU-countries where they include 6% VAT. It is however possible that the customs in your country imposes VAT and/or an import duty. These tariffs differ per country and we advice you to check with your country's custom office to find out about these tariffs. cannot be held accountable for any tariff imposed by customs in the country of destination. can also not be held accountable for any import limitations imposed by the country of destination. We advice you to check with your customs office to find out if there are any restrictions for food supplements.

Shipping times ships via PostNL and its network of partners operating worldwide. Orders placed prior to 15:00 GMT are shipped the same business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery times are on average between 3 and 12 business days, depending on your country. An indication of the shipping times for some major destinations:

- US 4-7 business days
- China and Hongkong 5-10 business days
- Japan 4-7 business days
- Russia 9-11 business days
- Australia and New Zealand 6-9 business days
- South Africa 8-10 business days
- Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary 3-5 business days
- Turkey 5-12 business days

Unfortunately, cannot guarantee delivery times; we depend on the delivery services in each particular country and on the amount of time a package needs to pass customs.

On the day we ship your order you will receive a track & trace-link via e-mail, which will allow you to follow the package (please take into account several days can go by without a change of the status of your package, when it is in transit or at customs). The track & trace-link will automatically appear in English, French, Spanish, Chinese or Russian, depending on the language of your browser.

PAYMENT offers you the following online payment methods:

- Paypal

All payments are being processed through the secure websites of Multisafepay or Paypal.

Payments in cash, by cheque or bank transfer are not possible.

Cooling-off period

After receipt of the order goods you have a 30 day cooling-off period. If, after further reflection, you wish to cancel your purchase, you may within this period of time send the products back to our postal address (, Fahrenheitstraat 7, 6662 PZ, Elst, The Netherlands), which can also be found on the invoice in the package. You are not required to provide a reason for your return. The products, however, must not have been opened and you are required to pay the return postage. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will reimburse the original payment to your creditcard or Paypal-account.


You can place your order easily via the website. You can do this in two ways:

- By clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ button next to a product
- By clicking on the ‘Order form’ button at the top left or here

All available products will then be displayed. You may select these products and enter or change the number of bottles you want. Volume discounts that may apply will be calculated automatically.

You can continue shopping or browsing if you wish. In the meantime, the products you have selected will be saved. You can continue to add products as you wish.

Once you are finished shopping, click on the ‘Order’ button in your shopping cart. You can then choose whether you want to create an account or not. Creating an account is useful for subsequent orders and in order to be able to view your order history, but it is not required. You can also place the order without creating an account.

After filling in your name and address details and choosing a payment method, you can confirm your order. You will be further guided depending on the payment method you have chosen.


If you have a complaint or question, you can submit these via email ( or via the query form on this website (under contact). is a company with short reporting lines. You will receive an answer rapidly, generally on the same day. Because we believe that each customer should be satisfied at all times, we are convinced that a satisfactory solution can always be found in the event of a complaint.
