Please fix the RDI of each vitamin.
Vit B1 is 500% of the RDI.
Vit B6 is almost 400%. Vit B6 can cause headaches.

100% of the RDI is a reference value and not a maximum safe intake. For some vitamins, particularly B vitamins, amounts above 100% are useful and can at the same time still be well within established safe intake levels.
Regarding vitamin B6, we are sorry to hear about your concern. The amount of vitamin B6 in the recommended daily dose of our product (1 capsule) is, however, far below the established safe upper intake level for adults.

Random quantities of vitamins and minerals

I need vitamins because I hate eating and I am malnourished all of the time. I bought these because they say these are non synthetic vitamins. The biggest problem I have with these are the random quantities of different vitamins and minerals. for example Vit B6 is more than 110% in 1 capssule but we are suppose to take 2 so it goes to upto 230%. I get headaches after taking them almost daily. and I am pretty sure its because of Vit B6.
On the other hand Vit A is only 35% per bulb, B1 150%, B3 16%, B11 26%, Vit E 21%, K2 20%. whats the point of a multi vitamin if they dont provide the RDI of a particular vitamin?
Please fix the quantities. I really want to love these and dont want to move to some other brand.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your concerns. We understand that the different percentages can look a little strange at first, especially when some vitamins are above 100% of the daily reference value while others are below it.
There is a reason for this. The B vitamins in this product come from natural plant and fruit extracts rather than being added individually as synthetic vitamins. This also means that we cannot simply adjust each B vitamin separately to exactly 100%. The amounts and proportions are determined by the vitamins naturally present in these extracts. As a result, one B vitamin may provide more than 100% of the daily reference value, while another provides less.
It is also important to know that 100% of the reference intake is not necessarily the ideal amount that a multivitamin should contain. These percentages are reference values for labelling and do not mean that every vitamin in a supplement needs to provide exactly 100%. More than 100% does not automatically mean that an amount is too high, just as less than 100% does not mean that the amount is too low or has no benefit.
Regarding vitamin B6, we are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing headaches. We cannot say whether the B6 is responsible, as headaches can of course have many different causes. The amount of B6 in the recommended daily dose is, however, far below the established safe upper intake level for adults. If you believe the vitamin B6 is the cause, or the product as a whole, you could consider pausing the intake for a while and see if that eliminates or reduces the issue.

This Vit C is brilliant. So great to be able to buy a natural form, not synthetic. I sprinkle the contents of the capsule on my cereals in the morning. Works really well.
