This Vit C is brilliant. So great to be able to buy a natural form, not synthetic. I sprinkle the contents of the capsule on my cereals in the morning. Works really well.

Been using Arthro-5 now for a number of years to help with management of a torn Meniscus disc (MRI Scan showed the problem) in my knee. Seems to be working, as no *** and full movement for the last 5 years.

After six months of treatment with Arthro-5 the symptoms of *** in both hands are less acute. Clearly the progression has slowed down and I continue the treatment with the hope that it will stop completely and maybe even reverse.
