The Omega 3 is fantastic, really a good product.

Magnesium is not cheap if you want one that really works. But this one is not expensive and it works! I have no more cramps or anything. And it also has taurine. The only minus I find is that you have to take more than one capsule than with other brands. But they also cost more so yeah....

I was always really tired, maybe because of the medication the doctor prescribed. since I started using coenzyme q10 it’s going a lot better. I really have much more energy, even when my two grandchildren visit me I still have sufficient energy to tidy up the house at the end of the day. thank you so much.

I still notice very little, maybe I haven’t used it long enough? (two months). I will give it another chance and will continue using it for now.
